2. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. What our SMS program does

Scottmoore operates a text messaging service used to send confirmation messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. What data we collect and why

We collect the phone number, message content, and timestamps associated with the messages described above. This information is used solely to deliver and log those messages. We retain it for up to 12 months from the date of the last message, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We do not sell this information.
